The building stands on a land of 10.000 m2. It was renewed in 2001 and has of that year an official Building permit and a Permit of use. In the big halls there are a number of possibilities of use, for instance logistics, warehouses, productions, stores and others. Apprehending an official Permit of use for another services is not a problem, owner will see to it. Nearby the building there is a strong electrical transformational unit, so even a heavy industry is not excluded. The location of the building is in Slovenia – EU, specifically in the Business zone Slovenska vas, right on the Schengen border with Croatia, thirty meters away from border passage Bregana. The site is only 1 kilometer away from the main highway. There are only 15 kilometers from this building to the main city of Croatia – Zagreb (with the population of 2 millions) and 3 kilometers to the firs bigger Croatian city, Samobor. There are many workers on this South-West end of Slovenia but there is also a possibility of employment of workers from Croatia. In middle floor of the building, measuring 200 m2, there are many offices in final faze. In the building there is also one big elevator (up to 2,5 tons), but there are also two empty shafts left for construction of another two elevators. Base floor is on 3000 m2 equipped with climatic system and two sanitariums, so that it is ready for different services. On the first floor the electric system needs to be attached (raw faze).
